Company Policies

Caliber is glad to offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more and offer net 30 terms upon approval. We also offer corporate and non profit discounted pricing along with discounts for education and government sectors.

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy, as long as there are no obvious actions of abuse, to all our customers/supporters so if you do not like it, you do not pay.

Return Policy

Your Satisfaction Is Very Important To Us, We Will Work Hard To Ensure We Take Care Of Your Needs Promptly And Fairly

Caliber Technologies will honor requests for DEFECTIVE product returns for up to 1 year from invoice date. Credit will be given and applied to account once item has been returned and tested. Caliber Technologies will honor requests for NON-DEFECTIVE product returns for up to 30-days from invoice date and subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that in the event of a return due to no fault of our own, we are unable to provide free returns shipping.

IMPORTANT: No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Caliber Technologies and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If applicable, you will be issued a return mailing address label. RMA’s and a return shipping labels are generally sent within 48 hours of approval from the corporate office care team. (business days, excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Complete a Return Authorization Form located in the forms section.
  • Upon approval you will receive an RMA number and a return address mailing label (if applicable).
  • Once you have RMA number and the return address mailing label, carefully repackage the items to be returned
    • Place your Return Merchandise Form inside the box
    • Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box (NEVER on the product
    • packaging)
  • Send the items to the return shipping address we have provided using a carrier who offers proof of delivery (like UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail).

Please allow up to fourteen business days to process your return request from the time it reaches our Returns Department. If upon inspection or testing, the returned item is found to be defective or inoperative within its warranty period, a replacement item of equal or greater value shall be shipped to you or, at the customer’s request, a store credit shall be issued totaling the amount paid for the returned items, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Payment & Credit Terms

Payment terms shall be net thirty (30) days from date of invoice. Customers may also pay by for their purchase at the time of order. Customer's credit limit shall be established by Caliber and Caliber reserves the right to lower Customer's credit limit or refuse to ship any orders.

We collect information from you directly in the forms and information you fill out and from third parties where we combine this information into a single record.
